The S23 Ultra is the last Galaxy Ultra with curved screen edges — Samsung went flat from the S24 Ultra on. The S23 and S23+ are flat, and the S23 range was the first to use Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front. The FE followed late in 2023 with its own 6.4-inch panel.

Its curved edges. The panel wraps over the sides of the phone, so it has to be heated and lifted around the curve evenly without damaging the frame. The flat S23 and S23+ are a more straightforward job. All of them get the genuine Samsung part, at the price Samsung publishes for that model.
