It depends on the model, because Samsung prices each one separately: Galaxy S21 $328, Galaxy S21+ $319, Galaxy S21 Ultra $447, Galaxy S21 FE $358. Those are Samsung Australia’s official Repair Cost Estimator prices for the genuine part (inc GST), and they include fitting, testing and our 6–12 month warranty.
Only the S21 Ultra. The S21 and S21+ dropped the curved edges the S20 range had and went flat, and the S21 FE is flat too. A curved panel takes more care to remove, but the turnaround is the same 45–90 minutes and the price is Samsung's own figure for your model.

Most are 45–90 minutes — longer than an iPhone because the panel is bonded and has to be heated out cleanly. Ultra and Plus sizes sit at the top of that range.
