The S20 range was the first Galaxy S with a 120Hz screen. The S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra all have curved edges; the S20 FE, released later in 2020, is flat. Samsung still publishes genuine part pricing for all four, which is why they keep a firm price here while the S10 and older are quoted on inspection.
